HEBA Pilates Gym
#betterforyourbody
The Great thing about Heba is that you book a Nuforma® instead of a class. Studio instructors are in the studio all day, everyday, and they are here to make sure that you get the most out of your workout (timetables vary from studio to studio please check below).
The Nuforma® is designed to give you a full body workout for everything your body needs and the studio instructors are there to make sure that you are looked after no matter what your level.
Many people come to Heba for the first time after not exercising for years and years, some people come for expert conditioning to improve their sports performance . Lots of people come for rehabilitation and move on to more fitness and strength training.
Our Instructors and our courses are designed to meet you at your level and help you to progress through stages. Our opening times are designed to make coming to Heba easy, you can literally book in 10 minutes before you arrive (Top tip: always keep your kit in your bag for a cancelled meeting or lunch date).
The Nuforma® is specifically designed to be better for your body, giving the same amazing results as the old fashioned ‘reformer’ classes, or one to ones, with a much wider range of times and exercises.
Did you know that 85% of all gym memberships are paid for but not attended? At HEBA the average attendance is 2.8 times per week. At the gym it is less than once per month.
You can’t get the benefit if you don’t go to classes. At Heba we want you to come to class. We have a limited number of memberships in each studio and we reward you for coming regularly. We invented Heba to give you the choice to do something else, something enjoyable that is really, really good for you.
Why not book a call with one of our expert instructors and find out why Heba is #betterforyourbody

Stability
Heba teaches the small, local muscles we call stabilisers to prepare the body for movement before the larger global muscles come into play. This helps avoid the tightness often caused by your muscles struggling to create stability in an unstable system. It can even alleviate back pain caused by an unstable and inadequately supported spine.
Mobility
Mobility is the natural ally of stability. Not to be confused with flexibility, mobility concerns the entire range of movement in a joint. By developing controlled voluntary and active mobility in your joints, you’ll improve your posture, technique and range of motion, and reduce your risk of injury.
Strength
By learning how to recruit your muscles in an optimal way, you can strengthen them. Your back, shoulders, arms, hips and legs will all thank you, and you’ll see greater ability in your daily life as well as during your Pilates sessions.
Balance
As you progress through your Heba journey, you’ll become able to recognise where your imbalances exist, and correct them. By achieving anterior, posterior and lateral balance in both stationary and moving states, your muscles can work in greater harmony.
Control
Drawing on the first four steps, you’ll be able to control and coordinate the efficient use of your muscles. This increases your mobility even further, which leads to reinforced strengthening and increased balance.
Challenge
Heba constantly refreshes the steps within your journey to make sure progress continues and you never plateau. We want you always feeling confident at your level, yet aware of how you can challenge yourself to improve further.
